Digital Items
Digital prints: No physical product will be shipped. You will receive an email with the product, which you can download and take to your local print shop, or print it at home. Download and print information is included with your purchase.
No refunds are offered for digital items.
If you did not receive the item, please send me a message on my website or email me at thesunsetbloomingpoet@protonmail.com with your order number and the order details.
All products are for personal use only. The products are not to be resold, altered, used for commercial purposes (logos, branding, etc.), or input into AI for training.
Our kingdom advocates for the protection of plants and animals by sharing their stories and encouraging people to care about the environment by actively participating in more environmentally friendly activities.
Please do not take our work for granted. We want you to be a part of building a more loving and environmentally friendly world!
From Oakfog Membership
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time via your Billing page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current membership subscription period ends.
No refunds are offered on mail that has already been shipped. If you want a refund for the current month, contact us before your order is shipped.
If you did not receive your order for the month, please contact us at thesunsetbloomingpoet@protonmail.com, so Delilah Dove and I can investigate what went wrong and send you what you did not receive.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
